Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup organic chia seeds
  • 1 cup organic almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Fresh organic berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) for topping
  • Organic sliced almonds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken to create a pudding-like consistency.

  3. After refrigeration, give the chia pudding a good stir to break up any clumps and ensure a smooth texture.

  4. Spoon the chia pudding into serving dishes or jars.

  5. Top with fresh organic berries and sliced almonds (if desired).

  6. Drizzle a little extra honey or maple syrup on top for added sweetness, if you like.
